Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits are required for select large services and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
